SoilVector provides tools for recording, verifying, and managing agricultural field operations and compliance data, including audit-ready records and exports.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate internal controls over your organization's use

5. Payments

  • Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

SoilVector provides tools to assist with compliance workflows. We do not guarantee regulatory approval, audit outcomes, or legal compliance. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or external factors may cause downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoilVector is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Regulatory penalties or outcomes
  • Data loss beyond reasonable control

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
